Our experience was amazing. Attention to details and to get it done till we were happy with fixture, was very very appreciable. We would definitely work with him in future projects.
I was struggling with installing a ceiling track. I’m pretty diy and I also asked a couple of friends to try their hands at the installation
We tried literally everything we knew and it simply didn’t work
Mr. Alejandro however installed the curtain track so well. He explained why my friends and I were struggling, every new thing he did, he kept me informed

he was very professional throughout the process. he came in and around 45 minutes he removed the all bidet installed the new bidet. Cleaned everything up checked for leaks etc. he was very professional, valued added, respectful responsive.

He worked fast, was patient and polite and waited while I tested the washer to make sure everything was working fine. He did an amazing job. He also cleaned up all the mess before he left. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask the customer the question necessary to insure the customer and I will be the right match before starting any work. After that I will guide customers through the process to insure they understand the process and time frame
