hired Long Island paving to seal my driveway I had multiple companies come before and seal my driveway. I hated doing it every year and cost me money so I called Long Island paving and they use a commercial grade sealer that’s not water based and actually lasted for 3 years and i will always use them again my driveway looks brand new every time The sealer is a little bit more expensive, but at least I’m getting what I’m paying for so I recommend them
