For a person who almost never gives recommendations because of all the nightmare situations we and so many people we know have experienced with contractors in the past, writing one for Bill of Blue Line Remodeling, I do with the utmost confidence that he will not let down or disappoint any of his customers. We hired Bill to do a remodeling job of our garage and laundry room into a family room which evolved into putting LVP flooring throughout most of our home, installing a cupola on our roof, French doors and new backsplash in our kitchen, replacing the woodwork on our front porch, among other odds and ends. At the beginning we had no intentions of having him do all these extra projects but because he did such exceptional work we decided while he was available to take advantage of the opportunity. In truth, we found there is little next to nothing that Bill cannot do and do with great pride and skill. A perfectionist at heart, he is not only totally dependable and a man of his word but always goes that extra mile to be sure that you are happy. For almost six weeks, he and the men that work for him were an absolute pleasure to have in the house and he was always present from start to finish with every job that was accomplished. He is a great offerer of helpful suggestions and an amazing problem solver. All this, and his prices were very reasonable. Need less to say, we intend to have him back in the near future when we are ready to redo our bathrooms.

All’s I have to say is perfection. This guy right here knows his job and is meticulous about the entire project. He literally turned our run down bathroom into a gorgeous Oasis. If you’re looking for a bathroom remodel and are unsure of workmanship or quality call, Bill. He’ll take you through every step of the way. Each task was done the way I wanted it without question. Mr. Aliscio and his crew transformed my cramped, poorly designed bathroom into one that is handicapped accessible and beautiful. Fully licensed in all the trades, Aliscio was able to plan and execute major plumbing relocations as well as accompanying structural, electrical and other changes. I had put off this renovation for years, fearing its complexity and the difficulty of finding and scheduling several separate craftsmen to do overlapping work. Mr. Aliscio, tackling all the jobs himself, not only was able to solve special problems that arise when making a bathroom wheelchair accessible, but did the work quickly, cheerfully and with great respect for the rest of my home and me as I continued to live there throughout the construction. Aliscio Home Improvements is also expert in the fine points of finishing work. Their placement and control of tile and grout adhered to a standard higher than mine; I would look at a wall and see it finished while Mr. Aliscio would see a spot that he needed to adjust in some small way. In general, Mr. Aliscio is a very experienced master craftsman who knows what he’s doing and holds himself and his crew to a high standard; for example, since mine was a handicapped accessible bathroom, it would need grab bars. Not only did Aliscio suggest the number, locations and positions of the bars, he added extra reinforcements into the very studs of the walls where the grab bars would be, work that needed to be planned and executed before the Sheetrock and tile were installed. The only complaint I have heard of against Aliscio Home Improvements is that sometimes there can be a long lead before the company can schedule a job. Such reliable excellence is worth the wait.

We custom remodel each room based on the customers wants, needs and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do is meet with the customer to visually look at the room to be renovated and discuss design ideas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended numerous remodeling seminars to keep up with latest products, techniques and code compliance. The most recent course I have attended was the EPA Lead Paint Remodeling Certification Course March 2021.
