Will got back to me in a flash, and today 4/22, he showed up and installed the new ASUS Zen Mesh system and even recommended I get a Unifi Gateway for additional security. Everything is working beautifully now. It should solve the ongoing issues I've had with my internet freezing whenever a plane flies overhead. Will is my IT Wizard for Life!
