Will got back to me in a flash, and today 4/22, he showed up and installed the new ASUS Zen Mesh system and even recommended I get a Unifi Gateway for additional security. Everything is working beautifully now. It should solve the ongoing issues I've had with my internet freezing whenever a plane flies overhead. Will is my IT Wizard for Life! I'll be recommending him to everyone. Am fully confident in his expertise. He's polite, personable, respectful of his surroundings, and listens to the client.
