I contacted Eric about concerns I had with termite baiting stations in my new home. He immediately provided me a thorough write-up on what I should look out for and the services they could provide. I finally got around to contacting him a month later, and to my surprise he remembered me. He walked me through my options and jumped on FaceTime with me to do a consult of the stations around my home. He concluded that the stations were 15+ years old and not worth being serviced. He was very honest in saying that it isn’t worth having new stations installed, because we obviously haven’t had any issues this whole time. He also told me what to look out for in the future. I was so impressed by how genuine he was and almost wish I had a reason to hire him!
