FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the 33 years experience I have and the 6 certification/degrees I have. Check out my website for package deals. I run specials a couple of times through out the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client hires me The first session is a fitness assessment. I do an overhead squat assessment, a push pull assessment, an agility assessment.. from these assessments I can tell what muscle imbalances the client has and what muscles we need to lengthen and what muscles we need to make stronger. I also give a subjective fitness assessment asking the client about their day-to-day activities, their job etc. this gives me an idea of what muscles are overworked and what muscles are not . Once the assessments are finished I take a before picture of the client, then I take their circumference measurements to have a baseline of their current weight. Once I have all that information Then I design a Fitness program based on the client's needs. Every four weeks I will re-measure the client and take a picture to track their progress. I will also write a new program for the next four weeks based on those findings.
