Thanks to Naela, nine ladies enjoyed a lesson on Mediterranean cooking. It was a lively, fun-filled evening with hands-on learning & delicious eating! Our menu included salad with pomegranate molasses dressing, pita with zaatar & muhammara (roasted red pepper) dip, spinach pie & kunafa, crispy cheese filled phyllo dessert drizzled with orange blossom simple syrup & pistachios! Amazing flavors!

Thank you for the private cooking class that you did for my family. The food was wonderful and the experience was fascinating. I would recommend this for anyone interested in learning about other spices and cooking techniques.

I had the pleasure (along with 22 of my friends) to participate in one of Naela's Mediterranean cooking classes at the Port Jefferson Library today. Naela shared her wealth of knowledge with us and kept us thoroughly entertained as she demonstrated how to make delicious and healthy Mediterranean foods (baba ganoush, beef & vegetable pies, homemade pita bread, salad with a delicious Mediterranean dressing, and baklava). What a delicious meal we had! We are all looking forward to attending more of Naela's cooking classes!
