Honest, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, reasonably priced. Responded quickly arrived early found and repairedelectrical problem. Didn't inflate the scope of work or cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Jon to a friend or a family member. The call was in regards to what I thought was a bad circuit breaker or possibly the electric panel for which I could have been taken for a ride had it not been for Jon's honesty and knowledge quickly finding a short in an entryway outlet which set off a chain reaction of power loss spanning the entryway, hallway, and my master bedroom. This was my first service call to Jon but won't be my last if ever I need a reliable electrician.
