FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new customer is to have a call or meet in person, depending on what works best. I ask them about their project and what their goals are. If there is not one specific space that they are sure they want me to work on, I look at every space they've pointed out that is a pain point for them and help them decide on which would have the biggest impact on their daily life so we can tackle that one first. Going forward, we can work on other spaces together and help to maintain them if the client wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Home Organizer through the American Society of Professional Organizers as well as a Certified Home Stager through the Home Staging Institute. In addition, I am a Licensed Real Estate Referral Agent in New York State.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Organization has always come naturally to me and home design is something that I love and have done mostly for myself, friends, and family for many years. My nearly 20-year professional career has been spent as an Executive & Personal Assistant to C-Suite investment professionals, where organization and project management was a very important part of the job. I've now taken that expertise and combined it with my true passions - All things 'Home': Organizing, Staging, and Real Estate Referrals!
