- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer payment plans for most criminal cases. Most traffic cases are a flat fee. You will find my fees are reasonable and affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first try to get as much information as I can over the phone. After that, I typically meet with my client for a free consultation in my office. ( In some cases, such as traffic, I can get all the information I need over the phone.) In the office consultation I take as much time as the client needs to explain their case. I then give my professional opinion about how to proceed. Remember, you as the client have the last say about how the case should proceed. I offer professional advice but the client always has the final say in how the matter will be resolved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Fordham Law School in Manhattan, NY. I worked six years for the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office. I’ve been practicing Criminal Law for over twenty-two years.
