- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a free on-site estimate. If I complete multiple jobs for the same customer, I provide a discount on additional work to be completed. My vendors provide a discount and I’m able to pass that along to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll meet a customer in person, scope the project, provide a written estimate and sign a contract before starting the work. I collect half of the project’s overall cost up front and the other half at the completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been completing Home Improvement repairs since I owned my 1st house in 1997. I jacked the house up and replaced basement walls. I’ve removed and replaced floors, walls, roofs, etc. I can install electrical, plumbing, HVAC ductwork, etc. No job is too big or too small. If I need to, I’ll hire a sub-contractor to provide assistance when completing larger projects.
