Emily Shortt Massage Therapy

Emily Shortt Massage Therapy combines a number of massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and Swedish massage to customize a massage experience unique to each clients therapeutic or relaxation needs. Massage therapy allows me to enhance my clients' quality of life, whether that means helping improve athletic performance throughout event training, reducing the stress associated with work or a busy lifestyle, relieving chronic pain, or aiding in recovery post-surgery. Positively impacting clients' lives and improving their wellness is something I'm very passionate about.
