Hi there, In addition to having been a trainer for over 7 years, I earned a Bachelors in Exercise Science and am currently in Nazareth College's Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. I have helped many lose weight, gain stamina and strength, improve flexibility, and getting eat habits on track with simple changes. I focus on educating clients so they have the power and ownership to take care of their health and not leave it to anyone else. Typically, clients and I focus on simple changes that can be made, however, if you are a "numbers person", I'm also happy to develop a detailed plan with you. We'll develop a plan together that works for you and your lifestyle while working around any ailments or injuries, at your pace, to reach your goals.

Chris is an excellent instructor. He is patient and explains each exercise and how it benefits your body and health. He takes the time to listen to your concerns or questions and offers suggestions on how to get the most out of your workout, as well as modifications for individual needs. Very knowledgeable about nutrition too!

Chris goes above and beyond! He helps me during a bootcamp he created for our church, Fit Church. He is very good about modifying workouts based upon fitness level, chronic pain and prior injuries. He has always been very supportive and doesn't let anyone give up on themselves!
