- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial consultation is $200 dollars at your home which lasts around two hours. We talk about design and budget and I measure your space. My design fee is $100 dollars an hour. The fee includes my time spent in your home and doing research for your design project. My moving fee is $100 dollars an hour which includes supervised packing and unpacking, organizing with a housekeeper (paid separately), and styling your new home. THE FEES DO NOT INCLUDE THE MOVING COMPANY
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I go to a client's home or apartment. I assess the job at hand, and I estimate the amount of days it is going to take to complete the job. When designing, I will evaluate what needs to be purchased and what can be repurposed to fit your space. I will also help you see potential in places that can be organized and decluttered. When helping a client move, I explain how I will oversee the entire process, putting the client at ease knowing it will get done in a timely and organized manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to design school in Montreal and I have been doing this line of work for twenty years and each day of work is a joy for me.
