I had a burst pipe in the basement overnight and contacted Nick the next morning to see if he could fix it. He responded to me right away, talked over the phone to try figure out approximate issues and came right after that. We got the price estimated on the spot and the price is reasonable. He is really professional, knew that the main issue of our burst pipe was due to the usage of shark bites on our main pipe causing it to burst after withstanding too much pressure. We knew the issue can be solved just by pushing the pipes back in but it is gonna burst open again, and with Nick's experience and supported by the advice of my friend whos a home inspector, we decided to go with Nick's choice and get the plumbing changed for the best outcome. His work is detailed, he knew what he's doing, and the result is nice and clean! I still have some future plumbing projects to work on and no doubt, will definitely keep him as my home plumber.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m fair and honest with the customer I will come out to see the job for free if necessary I try to ask for pictures and customer honesty so I can know if it’s something I can help them with and give a fair price to fix it. I only started to charge to look at a jobs but most likely i won’t charge a customer. I know mostly from pictures if it’s a job I can do and give you a price on.most of customers don’t know it cost the pros to receive your texts or leads. Even if we don’t answer us back or find someone else.

I’m up front and friendly and honest with a new customer and I want you to call me back so I try to give the best prices so you want to call me and not have to use this app. You can see in my reviews what other customers said about me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree. Went to plumber school for 5years and have over 16 years experience. I run big jobs so most of calls I get are not challenging. Just please be honest and provide pictures of the damaged area and the surrounding. So I can give you an accurate pricing.
