What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always informing myself, and always on top of the latest discoveries and solutions. I do not have to think about it or remind myself of it, I just do it, it is in my DNA.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started 14 years ago, my first computer was a gateway Windows 98, lol. It went so fast. I was intrigued by this operating system and wanted to know more and solve the errors and eliminate the viruses. I managed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Computer repair, all issues, from virus removal, optimization and clean-up, fixing errors, recovering data, fixing hardware issues, I custom build computers, and show them how to protect themselves. Also with my team, we serve businesses of all sizes, and manage their network, run and handle cabling, upgrading their equipment and wholesale of computers.
