Our peloton Tred was broken during a recent move and no longer powered on. During our visit, Chris was able to assess the correct part that was broken while assisting with how we can replace the part with Peloton. He also confirmed with Peloton if the machine was still under warranty or not. He was very helpful and we will be using him again in the future for disassemble and reassembly services of the peloton to avoid any future issues with this machine.
