He was immediately responsive to my request and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and remedied it. He even offered tips on longer term solutions for my bike overall and reminders to check on my warranty to ensure I wouldn't pay to fix things that should be covered. It put me at ease knowing that he specialized in exercise equipment rather than a handy person who was willing to "take a stab at" my stationary bike.
