- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening sounds like a given but you'd be surprised how many contractors just think that the next job is the same as the last. I like to get a feel of why the client is doing what they're doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors from Fordham university in finance and economics. I know how hard clients for their money and I want to give them value in the service they hire me to execute.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When my dad needed something done I'd always want to do it myself. Then he decided to build a house when I was 14. What a training ground that was. I was helping framers. Running wire. Sheet rocking ....etc. after o got married I built a home myself. Under budget and on time. Overseeing many trades and doing some of the work myself. Friends began to ask me for help on their remodeling project.
