they were pro's from the first call to finish. We had our window's washed first floor office building, Old pane windows took longer but it's the final results that matter and He did a Great job... now we can see out of the windows... you don't realize how dirty something is until it is cleaned.. Overall they did a fantastic job! Thank you! They would of had 5 stars if they were more thorough. I had to point out areas they were missing couple of times, which really made me feel uncomfortable but I’m glad I did. Duct and Vent Cleaning

It has been over 48 hours since my carpet was made wet. I told the contractor that it is a numbered oriental type carpet. I gave specific instructions to call with a 15 minute lead time so I could be home. Nobody called. They sent a kid with a rug machine in his trunk and knocked on the front door. My 93 year old Mother In Law was scared. I thought the carpets were being picked up and cleaned both 5 x 8. I was on a lunch break. Poor communication. They don't take credit cards. I had to have the kid follow me to get money from a cash machine. He rolled down his window and it smelled like marijuana in the car and had no receipts.
