FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and transparent – no hidden fees or surprise charges. Every inspection includes a wood-destroying insect (WDI) inspection, thermal imaging, drone roof evaluation, and a detailed digital report with photos and videos – all at no extra cost. I also occasionally offer discounts for repeat clients or multi-unit inspections.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, I’ll respond quickly to confirm availability and answer any questions you may have. After scheduling, I’ll send over a short agreement and make sure you know what to expect on inspection day. After the inspection, you'll receive a clear, thorough report, typically within 24 hours, and I’m always available to go over it with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the required 140-hour home inspection certification course and passed the New York State licensing exam. Beyond the mandated training, I’ve earned multiple voluntary certifications through InterNACHI – the leading home inspection association – and I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI). I’m also a licensed FAA Part 107 drone pilot, enabling safe and legal aerial roof inspections. To stay current, I regularly complete continuing education and attend industry conferences on inspection standards, tools, and technology.
