Barry went out to a property for me to disable an old security alarm. He gave me a price the same day I reached out and went out the next day to disable. He did the work quickly and at a good price. Will definitely use again in the future!

My machine died in the middle of a Window 10 Anniversary update plus one of the two monitors said it would not work since it was on the wrong setting. Steve came and could tell by looking at the terminal display that the system actually did update. It was just getting the right monitor to tie in. After that, he had to work to re-set the bad monitor to the proper settings to get it to work. Everything was now working again.

There is no typical process for working with a new customer be cause each customer is unique we treat every customer with respect and work with them on there needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We go to trade shows to see and learn about new products and attend product training at all of our distributers. When we feel the need we additional information or training we invite the manufacture of products that we use or intend to use to our office to get hands on training in a more personal setting.
