I value clear and transparent pricing. My lessons are conducted on Zoom. Textbooks and notebooks are not included in the lesson fee. Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy • Changes made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. • For changes made within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies. • No-shows will be charged the full amount. If you have any questions about pricing or scheduling, I’m always happy to clarify.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Receiving the Zoom link Once we decide on a date and time that works for both of us, I’ll send you the Zoom link we’ll use for the trial and all future lessons. 2. Free trial lesson During the trial, we combine two parts: • a conversation about your goals, timeline, interests, and anything else that helps me understand your learning needs • a sample lesson so you can experience my teaching style in a real lesson format 3. Booking your next lesson If you’d like to continue, we schedule your next session and confirm the payment method (Stripe, Zelle, or check). 4. Lesson confirmation Once payment is confirmed, I prepare the materials and we meet on Zoom for your lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In addition to formal training, I have experience teaching at language schools as well as working as a private tutor. Since 2017, I have taught more than 4,200 hours of lessons both in-person and online.
