I'll be honest, when Howard came back with his quote, I had a moment of hesitation. But he assured me I'd be happy with the work, and he was right.

Howard came out, walked the property, reviewed the scope, and was confident and straightforward from the start. He turned around a quote quickly and his team showed up on time ready to work.

The job itself was a full home network and security installation, access points on multiple floors, exterior cameras, a new network rack, and relocating my router and switch to a new location using keystones to extend the existing runs. Not a simple job. What impressed me most was that his guys quickly identified where the real-world conditions differed from the plan and adapted and improvised without any drama or confusion. They worked methodically, kept things neat, and got it done.

As with any job of this size, there were a few cleanup items and open questions after the main crew wrapped up. Howard, true to his word, came back after payment had already been made and took care of every one of them. Which says a lot about how he runs his business.

The work was clean, well executed, and completed in a timely manner. I would use Howard and his team again without hesitation.

I have been having issues with my ring door bell for quite some time and although the wireless door bell is popular, it has never really worked for my brick home. I am relieved to have utilized thumbtack as it connected me with Security and Alarm Sales Inc. Within an hour of my inquiry, I recieved a message from Howard who asked what was needed " replace one wire for my ring doorbell". Of course that doesn't gauge what is really needed and Howards professionalism helped ensure what would make sense for my home. He listened to my desires and offered a logical solution. He exceeded expectations! The job was done swiftly and seemless. I wouldnt bat an eye to reccomend Howard and his team and look forward to future business and HIGH recommendations.

This was an excellent company to work with. Very informative and gave me many suggestions on how many cameras to use and where they should be positioned. I supplied my own cameras (eufy hardwired) & 4K monitor, an extra charge was added for a mounting box which was an added cost and everything else was provided with the install. Even with the unexpected expense which wasn’t over the top, the install and the finished product was well worth it. If I ever need this company again I’ll be sure to contact them for another estimate.
