Krav Maga is the official self-defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). The Blitz Krav Maga program teaches all levels of this dynamic, practical, and explosive system of street fighting.
Since 2001 we have been widely recognized as Long Island's premier Krav Maga training center, and we are the only center in Long Island that is run by a Krav Maga Black Belt, Dr. Michael Blitz.

I learned of KMLI through a friend who trains there as well and I figured id give it a shot not knowing what I was getting myself into. I did 1-2 classes and I was hooked. I have been training at KMLI for approximately 6 months now and have achieved a yellow belt. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants to learn self defense, train hard, get in shape and have fun at the same time. I plan on staying with KMLI for a long time. All of the instructors and staff are great and EXTREMELY knowledgeable with any problem or question you have. KMLI IS THE BEST!!!

I have been training at KMLI-Blitz Krav Maga for 4+ years. I have tried other martial arts schools over the years but nothing compares to KMLI Blitz Krav Maga.The school is top-notch. Chief Instructor Dr. Michael Blitz runs a great school. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and helpful, and my fellow students (aka "The Krav Krew") are the best training partners anyone can ask for. I highly recommend KMLI Blitz Krav Maga to anyone looking for a top notch school that teaches a very effective self defense system.
