What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Assurance Guarantee: After the purchase and installation of any of our Water Filtration products, the customer has 30 days from the date of installation to compare their new Vital Water Treatment System with any other brand of water treatment equipment. If, by the end of thirty days, the customer can locate a comparable installed water treatment system, we will refund the difference plus 10%.
