- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is tailored to our customers specific needs. As a result, we have to see the problem to determine the proper solution. Our estimates are generally done in the evenings when our customers are home from work and on Saturday or Sunday mornings. We do inside as well as outside basement waterproofing. We do not work under the "one solution fits all problems" philosophy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment for a free, no-obligation estimate with the homeowner. We go to the location and perform a visual inspection and with input from the owner as to the history of the problem (as we are almost never in people's homes when it's raining hard enough to have water coming in while we are there) we determine the source of the problem and recommend a course of action.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We handle water leakage problems through the floor and walls in basements including flooding, minor seepage, condensation. We also help control mold, mildew and musty odors.
