I've used many window washers. Was never too happy with any of them. When I called up shine for an estimate he came the next day. 2 weeks later they came to do the windows. Five of them. Very respectful. Did great work. Would recommend them to anybody I know. We're going to use them to clean the roof and then put up Christmas lights

Andrew and his crew did a fantastic job. They were kind, polite and efficient. I just had my house resided, and the roof had numerous spots of black mold. After they were done it looked like a new roof! Thank you for doing a great job and for a very reasonable price. Much better than the other quotes I received!

Shine did a great job for us! Our house had mildew growing on one side and we recently had 2 wall AC holes closed up and that siding was dirty from sitting the garage for a few years. Our gutters needed to be done so badly they had decomposing leaves about an inch thick up there. After talking with Don, and removing some services from our quote we didn't need and couldn't do in our budget, we settled on house, 2 parts of the roof with most, gutter whitening and the gutter clean out. The team was polite, worked well and overall did a great job. Our issue was one gutter on our garage was missed. Not a big deal to me, these things happen, however, that was about 2 weeks ago and no one has been by after our call. Overall, I'm still so happy with the service I'd still recommend them and we would absolutely use them again. My neighbors were so impressed they wanted to know who we used. It's hard to find a company that does house washing that isn't just blasting full power washers at your house. It's practically non existent. I highly recommend Shine.

The crew from Shine is wonderful! I called for a quote they were available at my home the next day. I called to set an appointment they were available within days. They showed up on time, actually early! Polite, professional, courteous and thorough. Ray and AJ, were fantastic. Reasonably priced for windows and screens...so worth it!!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Holiday Lighting we offer high quality LED lights we warranty for 3 years. ( They usually last longer than that!) You only pay for these once and then they are yours. We price labor separately and that is what you would pay each year to have them put up, taken down and stored.
There is a Halloween Lighting special we offer to our holiday lighting customers.
For window washing we price per pane of glass. The more complicated your windows the more time it takes to clean them. Older storm windows have twice as many panes and take the most time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Especially now with COVID, we try to look up the home on Google earth and get any clarifications on the phone. We can also give you and estimate based on pictures you send to us. If we do need to visit of course we will!
Generally we would only need to walk around the outside of the house - even for window washing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are part of a franchise with technical support and training. Our Techs have an 80 hour process they go through for training.
