Ledwing, the technician, was great. He came immediately the next day to service a refrigerator freezer in a small food pantry. To make matters even better, he was bilingual. The refrigerator was only a little over a year old but there was a leak which was in accessible. He honestly explained the situation about injecting a sealant with honesty about might would work, but possibly not. I talked about how expensive refrigerators and freezers were. After talking with him, he mentioned that the company sells repaired and scratch and dent items at big discounts. Because this little food pantry needs a bigger and dependable freezer, we bought a high quality freezer at a greatly discounted price. And, the refrigerator is working just fine as well.
