My dishwasher top rack broke (normal wear and tear) and I needed a replacement part to fix it. General Appliance Repair immediately responded to my inquiry and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Their technician Ledwing arrived the next day and after attempting to repair the problem he recommended a replacement part as the original part was unsalvageable. He ordered a replacement part and we scheduled an installation in two days. He called the very next day and said the part arrived earlier than expected and he can install it immediately if I was available. I was and he arrived shortly after and installed it quickly with no issues. I highly recommend General Appliance Repair. Ledwing was very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. The price was extremely reasonable considering it was a home visit, part order, and installation. I would definitely call them again for my appliance repair needs.

My Bosch dishwasher was not draining. After getting the run around from Bosch I found General Appliance through Thumbtack. Immediate response when I called. Service technician Ledwing texted to confirm morning of appointment and arrived on time. My Bosch dishwasher needed a part so he had to return for the repair. Again texted when arriving and again was prompt. Dishwasher was fixed. I will use this company for all my appliance repairs and recommend this company. 5 ⭐️

Amazing service! Got an appointment within 48 hours. Had a washer installed, and was amazingly professional and prompt. Very considerate to any mess removing something filled with water might entail. Removed the older washer to the curb for us. Would absolutely use them again.
