- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Might not be the cheapest, but I feel my prices are fair. I will always try to work with someone’s budget. sometimes these appliances are very expensive along with the parts and some are harder to work on then others. Customers are paying for convenience of fast prompt service ,my years of experience working on pretty much any type of appliance from any brand, high end luxury, commercial and basic residential appliances .

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started working as maintenance for apt complex, then I worked as an apprentice for other property maintenance companies, worked for other appliance repair companies as well
