Ryan (Owner of Hudson Highlands PM) has been amazing throughout this project. My sisters ceiling had a leak and she asked me to help find someone to inspect and repair it. I found HHPM through Thumbtack and he came quickly to diagnose and resolve the immediate issue so it didn't get any worse. He was courteous, professional and proactive about communicating his initial diagnosis as well as the subsequent work that would be required. He took great care when in her home and was both respectful and very personable in all our interactions. His estimate documented everything really well which made it easy to approve, and he went above and beyond to make it easy for me to pay the invoice. Both my sister and I would highly recommend Ryan and Hudson Highlands Property Maintenance.

I think they did a good job repairing my leaking garage. They were very responsive, and did the work right away. Very pleasant to deal with. But very expensive, and I’m not sure everything has been fixed. Need to wait and see.

I didn’t end up using Ryan. Because my son-in-law decided to handle the project. However Ryan came promptly to see the project, explained the process and gave me a reasonable estimate. I will certainly use him in the future.
