Jill is part of our family! She has cared for our fuzzy kids since 2005 and she is the best. We are able to go on our vacations and not worry at all, as our pets are given the best care possible. I trust Jill 100% and am so thankful she is taking care of our pets when we need her. Any special needs that we may need, she tends to - her experience is superior. I highly recommend Jill.

It is my great pea sure to write this review of Jill Nuciolo. Jill has been our pet sitter for over 14 years. In that time she has provided our cats with the upmost professional care. Jill is well trained and well versed in animal health and training. Even when one of our boys was sick, we were able to leave knowing that no matter what happened, Jill was able to handle the situation. Over the past several years, there have been 2 occasions where one of our cats needed immediate medical attention. Jill was able to rush them to the hospital and, in so doing, saved their lives. Not only is she a consummate professional, Jill has a special way with pets that few can claim. Our cats have all loved her, including our very skittish, Seamus. She feed them, changes their boxes and takes time to show each some special attention. She evens being toys to our boys. Upon our return, we find a comprehensive report as to how things went. Jill has also sent us pictures of our boys if they are begin especially cute. We are so grateful to Jill for all of the help that Jill has given us over the years. I have recommended her to friends and family and everyone is equally impressed.

Jill has been our pet sitter now for awhile and we have had her in the house numerous times to watch our cat while we are away. Jill is very attentive, detail oriented and goes above and beyond to make sure our cat is well taken care of while we are gone. She always leaves notes to let us know the status while we are away and she even has brought gifts to Milo to play with out of her own good nature. I have even had to contact her at the last minute several times and she has always followed through for me EVEN when her schedule was clearly way overbooked. She would still find some time. She is very honest and follows directions extremely well. If anything changes since her last visit, I always notify her and she always follows through with the updates as well. She is very personable and is excellent with animals. My cat needs an inhaler daily twice a day and she has no problems administering the medication so this is peace of mind for me. If you are thinking of hiring Jill, you will be pleasantly surprised with her.

I had a diabetic cat for 9 years that I could not find anyone to care for while we went on vacation. My husband & I went nowhere in those 9 years. I vowed I did not want that happening to anyone else so I started my business to help pet owners have peace of mind when they travel
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
29 yrs in business! Certified thru Pet Sitters International. Bonded & insured- & the insurance includes your pet while they are in my care! Nominated into the Top 5 for Pet Sitter of the Year 4 years in a row! My prices are per trip with no hidden surcharges. You pay for my time, period. I work alone so you meet me & you know it is me that will be coming into your home. No surprises finding out a stranger had been in your home & possibly not giving your pet the correct care. My prices may be slightly higher than the individual's that advertise but the cost of insurance, membership in PSI, continuing education, supplies to run an office, etc cause that increase but the advantage to you having an experienced professional is more than worth it! Also please verify all information anyone gives you about themselves-anyone can say anything, true, false or misleading & with search engines & websites all those claims can be verified quickly! Don't find out when you've returned from your trip! If you've had a bad experience with a pet sitter-don't give up! Please call me & my references & let's see if I can change that into a wonderful long lasting relationship with me & your pets!
