Sam was prompt; came out to give a quote for carpet re-stretching which turned into a same day service on the spot for all my bedrooms and hallway. Full service took a few hours, Sam was hard working and took time along the way to really explain the ins and outs of his methods. He made it really easy to understand what he was doing and why. I highly recommend 5 Star carpet corp. to anyone who is looking for carpet install or repair.

Sam did an excellent job. He contacted me immediately, came to my house within 2 days, repaired the carpet with invisible seams, and clearly knows his business. Not only did he do an excellent job, he gave valuable professional advice about how to clean and care for carpets in general that the average person wouldn't know. This was the first time I've used Thumbtack, and have actually just put in another request for another professional. Sam was great. We purchased carpet at home depot but did not want to buy a new pad or tack strip. Sam offered to do the job, and knows his stuff. He also offered to repair some other carpet in the house that needed stretching. Very Happy.
