Introduction: I am a private registered yoga teacher who teaches eclectic yoga sessions with an iyengar influence. I go to the client's location.
Iyengar yoga is for all ages and abilities. The sessions are based on the level of the student. All poses are modified to meet the needs of the client. Poses are held for proper alignment. Sessions may include asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work), mindfulness and meditation, chanting, philosophy, and restorative yoga.
