I used Paul's Way Home to fix some drains in my laundry room and bathroom. I had no issues getting in touch with them. If I sent an email, I could expect a reply within 30 minutes. Paul's Way home was very punctual, they arrived on time for both my estimate and to start work.Something I really appreciated about Paul's Way Home was that they had my budget in mind throughout the job. When I got my estimate I agreed to have a laundry box installed and the drain in my tub replaced. It was assumed that the drain would have to be replace, but about 15 minutes into work Pawel, my plumber, pointed out that he could save me money because the drain was salvageable. I opted for the new drain after all, but having the option was greatly appreciated.The quality of work is top tier. Pawel not only installed the laundry box and drain, he also corrected the pitch of my drain pipes and made it easier for air to escape. My tub drains faster and more completely. And thanks to a much needed trap my bathroom smells a whole lot better too.Big thanks to Paul's Way Home for a job well done. I will definitely be thinking of you for future work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would strongly recommend to all my customer to carefully hire all contractors. Make shore they are fully licensed and insured. To read all contracts thoroughly and not just look at the dollar sign. Those prices change on what is being provided.
