Carl not only fixed our known problem with the oven, but also ensured every component was working correctly. Top notch. From booking the appointment to completion of the job they were very professional. Communication was excellent. Mike the technician was on time and extremely professional. He had the required part and replaced it during the same visit. I would definitely use JIC for any future appliance repairs.
