Eric and Mike came out to help me with an issue that my dryer was having. They were able to clean all the lint out of our Dryer and cleaned our dryer vents as well! They were personable and accommodating. The dryer works like new. Thank you JIC.

We found JIC when we needed a new thermostat on our Bluestar oven. Then we used them to clean out our dryer venting. All three technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to take a minute to explain what they were doing. They have a great appointment notice system so you dont have to wait around all day for them to show. Would definitely use them again.

We have flat rate trip and diagnosis fees. We also use bill by time method to keep pricing fair for our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have contact with our customers to determine their complaints about the appliance and we try our best to have common parts on hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are EPA certified to handle Freon appliances. We are factory trained by several manufacturers.
