From what started as the customary collection of estimates/quotes from different companies for a remodel of an already finished area in dire need of gut and modernization, Maddy and the team were a pleasure to work with. From day one of meeting, Maddy was super personable, ran through the list of required work and made great suggestions and changes. What started as a seemingly straightforward job uncovered a host of unfortunate prior unknowns (joy of an older property) and Maddy and the crew were super descriptive, communicative, timely, and worked change orders with me fully, in order to repair, rectify, and make safe, numerous items discovered during initial phases, without exorbitant costs. Despite the extended project, the crew was always on time, cleaned up after every day and in between works, were super pleasant and nice guys, and the result is a great finish and outcome.I highly recommend Maddy, Johnny and his crew, and Spirit Contracting.

We recently had extensive tile work done throughout our home; in addition, we had two staircases refurbished, replacing worn out carpeting with a stunning combination of traditional ceramic tile, luxury vinyl tile and painted wood moulding; and I can honestly say the work exceeded every expectation we had. The craftsmanship is impeccable. Every cut is precise, the patterns line up perfectly (even around outlets, corners, and those tricky angled walls), and the grout lines are consistently even and clean. The staircase work in particular is a work of art the seamless transition between ceramic tile an luxury vinyl tile looks like something out of a luxury magazine. No lippage, no uneven surfaces, everything was handled with obvious expertise and everything feels solid and professional. Beyond the technical skill, the team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They showed up on time every day, kept the space remarkably clean (tarps, dust control, daily cleanup), communicated clearly about progress and any small decisions, and were happy to offer thoughtful suggestions that made the final look even better than wed planned. The company went above and beyond with respect to moving items from room to room in order to create work space, demolition went smoothly, and all debris was safely and completely removed from the premises. Our home feels completely elevated now brighter, more modern, and honestly luxurious. Friends and family keep complimenting it and asking who did the work because it looks so polished and high-end.If you're considering tile installation for any room in your house, do yourself a favor and hire this team. Theyre true professionals who take real pride in their work, and the results speak for themselves. We couldnt be happier and would give 10 stars if we could! Highly, highly recommend!

I had Frankie and his crew finish my bathroom framing and put in a sonic tube and remove my chimney and satellite dishes. They were awesome. He even secured my old deck without even charging me !! They were friendly and punctual and clean!! They were worth every penny ,I will definitely hire them again for my future projects in my home.

After speaking to and getting quotes from a few contractors, I decided to go with SPIRIT as our contractor to replace our posts and rails on my front porch. Frankie and his team were great about getting me exactly what I wanted, down to the final custom details of the woodwork. The workers were prompt and friendly and the job was completed in good time. I'll definitely be keeping Spirit at the top of my list for any home renovation work that I'll be looking to do in the future!
