5 Stars! Excellent! We needed a complete bathroom and living-room remodel that included removing an old brick fireplace (and wall), replacing the wall with all new windows, replacing our entire living-room ceiling, and building a brand new tiled wall unit in a different location with a gas fireplace and mantle, and so much more. Frankie, Maddy, Charlie, Johnny and the whole team brought all of our visions to reality. We needed plumbers, electricians, and tilers to complete the job which Spirit Contracting also provided and they were excellent, as well. With all of the decisions and every little detail that needed to be made, there was always someone there with helpful advice or suggestions to make the process easier. They are reliable, friendly, professional, and most of all they get the job done right. And, if you have any concerns, they are just a call or text away and they will be there for everything you need from start to finish. We are so happy with all of the work they have done for us, we will 100% be recommending them, and we will definitely be using them for our future projects. Thank you for everything Spirit Contracting!

From what started as the customary collection of estimates/quotes from different companies for a remodel of an already finished area in dire need of gut and modernization, Maddy and the team were a pleasure to work with. From day one of meeting, Maddy was super personable, ran through the list of required work and made great suggestions and changes. What started as a seemingly straightforward job uncovered a host of unfortunate prior unknowns (joy of an older property) and Maddy and the crew were super descriptive, communicative, timely, and worked change orders with me fully, in order to repair, rectify, and make safe, numerous items discovered during initial phases, without exorbitant costs. Despite the extended project, the crew was always on time, cleaned up after every day and in between works, were super pleasant and nice guys, and the result is a great finish and outcome.I highly recommend Maddy, Johnny and his crew, and Spirit Contracting.

Today, few contractors guarantee their work over an extended period of time. Spirit renovated our master bathroom over 4 years ago. When a slight problem developed, I called and spoke to Frank, assuming we were far over the guarantee. Instead, he promised to send someone over to look at the problem. In less than a week, a repairmen arrived and the problem was taken care of at no charge. It is so rare to experience this type of customer service within the industry. Thank You.
