Our experience with Spirit Contracting was amazing!!! I cant stress that enough! My husband and I moved into a townhouse and immediately began renovating/DIYing. We knew we wanted to completely gut our bathrooms and the idea of tackling it ourselves was just a bit overwhelming. We stumbled upon Spirit Contracting through our neighbor, immediately looked up their work online, and fell in love with their results.The whole entire Spirit team was truly amazing and the communication was top tier! They were patient with us as we shopped around for our materials/finishing touches. They offered suggestions and even went out of their way to research and find products we were unable to find while picking out our materials. We were never left in the dark. Any questions/concerns that developed, the Spirit team got back to us in a timely manner. When they were on site, we never had to wonder what was happening on the job as it was communicated in advance prior to arrival. Most importantly, any speed bumps that arose were handled promptly!Quite frankly, this is the team you want by your side when renovating your home! Utilizing their services was the best decision weve made to date since moving into our townhouse and we will definitely be utilizing their services for our Master Bathroom renovation and upcoming future projects.Thank you Maddy, Frank, Peter, Johnny and the entire Spirit crew for bringing our vision to life!

We have used Spirit Contracting three times now. They completed our roof repair, custom skylight replacements and a full gut renovation of our main bathroom. Each time we have been very, very pleased with their professionalism, work ethic, communication, and competitive pricing. Spirits attention to detail throughout every step of the construction process is exquisite! Spirit Contracting brought our dream bathroom to existence and did it in a timely, caring and tidy manner. We are overjoyed with the outcome of our beautiful new bathroom and can attest to the superior quality of their work and know that it will for sure stand the test of time! Have used Frank and his superb team a little over a year ago and because of the excellent experience, I chose Spirit Contracting again this past week. In the past, they have installed two new doors for me (front and patio) and repaired and added new support to Bay window. This week the workload included installing a new blinds in sliding patio door (liked the first one last year that was put in for my deck area so I purchased the exact same one for my patio!) a new kitchen sink and faucet, totally ripped out and re-installed new gorgeous baseboard heating covers in living room and kitchen, ripped out and re-installed all new base and door trim for three rooms and put in a whole new beautiful bulletproof, waterproof vinyl flooring in master bedroom which by the way had to be custom cut due to the design and curve of my tile entrance into bedroom. Last but not least a new double chimney cap was put in and the surrounding base area repaired, as well as, gutters re-installed and reinforced that had fallen down from windstorm. The level of respect, level of continuing clear communication, questions being answered, quality of products that were recommended and utilized , the above and beyond excruciating attention to detail, craftsmanship in the quality of services is beyond excellent. Any job big or small receives the same amount of respect and detail. I would HIGHLY recommend Frank and his team to everyone. Frank is an honest, respectful and utmost professional in how he deals with people and keeping promises in pricing, amount of time needed for completion and getting things done CORRECTLY the first time. Absolute pleasure. 10 STARS from me.

After reviewing our full remodel with multiple companies it became clear that Spirit had the business philosophy needed to undertake such a project. Ownership went beyond the individuals with that title, every member of Spirit took ownership of their work. Beyond that, each trade hired to work on our job was just as professional, courteous, responsible, and knowledgeable as youd want with your home. Each trade performed as if they were Spirit employees themselves.Communication during and prior to the start of the project was clear and we were never wondering where we stood. Spirit was available and addressed concerns during a holiday weekend as well.Even after our final payment, Spirit ensured our satisfaction was met.
