After reviewing our full remodel with multiple companies it became clear that Spirit had the business philosophy needed to undertake such a project. Ownership went beyond the individuals with that title, every member of Spirit took ownership of their work. Beyond that, each trade hired to work on our job was just as professional, courteous, responsible, and knowledgeable as youd want with your home. Each trade performed as if they were Spirit employees themselves.Communication during and prior to the start of the project was clear and we were never wondering where we stood. Spirit was available and addressed concerns during a holiday weekend as well.Even after our final payment, Spirit ensured our satisfaction was met.

Our experience with Spirit Contracting was amazing!!! I cant stress that enough! My husband and I moved into a townhouse and immediately began renovating/DIYing. We knew we wanted to completely gut our bathrooms and the idea of tackling it ourselves was just a bit overwhelming. We stumbled upon Spirit Contracting through our neighbor, immediately looked up their work online, and fell in love with their results.The whole entire Spirit team was truly amazing and the communication was top tier! They were patient with us as we shopped around for our materials/finishing touches. They offered suggestions and even went out of their way to research and find products we were unable to find while picking out our materials. We were never left in the dark. Any questions/concerns that developed, the Spirit team got back to us in a timely manner. When they were on site, we never had to wonder what was happening on the job as it was communicated in advance prior to arrival. Most importantly, any speed bumps that arose were handled promptly!Quite frankly, this is the team you want by your side when renovating your home! Utilizing their services was the best decision weve made to date since moving into our townhouse and we will definitely be utilizing their services for our Master Bathroom renovation and upcoming future projects.Thank you Maddy, Frank, Peter, Johnny and the entire Spirit crew for bringing our vision to life!

Had 3 exterior doors and a 2 level pillar painted. Frank's price was reasonable, the work finished within the time frame given, work areas clean when finished, and job beautifully completed. Will definitely be using Spirit Contracting again!

I had Frankie and his crew finish my bathroom framing and put in a sonic tube and remove my chimney and satellite dishes. They were awesome. He even secured my old deck without even charging me !! They were friendly and punctual and clean!! They were worth every penny ,I will definitely hire them again for my future projects in my home.

Frankie and his crew delivered what was promised to surpass our expectations. We contracted him to remove a door and replace a double window with a french door in our dining room. From the beginning, his thought process from planning on the door type, the style, and finishing touches were carefully though of and executed. He knows what he is doing and if you want something at home done right, you call Frankie.
