I would have selected punctuality and responsiveness as well if we were allowed to choose more than just 3. We had an I-beam installed to open up some of the rooms in our home. From the initial estimate until completion, I knew everything that was going on. When I asked questions I got replies quickly. I personally like that we were able to communicate through text as I am in and out of meetings all day long and it made my day easier. When they came for the job, they were on time and were prepared for everything. As it was a difficult installation due to the age and layout of our home, they engaged me and my wife for our input and made it work. Once done, they cleaned up and it was as if they were never there. On a side note, as we are in a construction zone, it was a little hectic with deliveries and one came with no lift gate. They took a break to help my wife unload the flooring and get it in the job. This is old fashion customer service which they have not lost. Thanks again for a great installation.

It was great to have Tony work on my house. He repaired my front and side door jambs as well as installed additional support beams for structural reasons in my basement ceiling. He was fast and efficient only taking about several hours to complete the work himself.

Tony was fantastic! I had the wrong doors and he offered to go with me to get the right doors, which we did. He then installed them into pre-existing door frames which were off their dimensions. To make a great fit Tony made extra cuts and adjustments and now the doors look great. Thanks again Tony!!

I worked with Tony from Pride based on his good reviews. I have to say they were all accurate. Tony did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a detailed estimate up front and offered suggestions on how to do the job. He was very professional and approachable. Jerry the painter and spavkler was also a pleasure to deal with. They were always on time and kept in touch with us on when they would be there. I felt very comfortable leaving them the key so they could start working early when my fiancée and I were at work. The job came out great for what I think was a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to have them work on our next project.
