Kelvin inspected a home we had an accepted offer on and we were so grateful for his thorough inspection! Not only did he take the time to inspect the home and safety components but was also open to the many questions we had throughout. Kelvin is professional, trustworthy, and pays attention to each detail. Due to his inspection, we realized we would inherit major issues - on heating, electrical and foundational. He never made assumptions but rather reported what he saw and recommend we seek further examination on those major issues found. He saved us from getting a house we'd spend too much on repairing.
