Hi! My name is Rachel and I am a certified nutritionist and personal trainer. I got into nutrition after years of experimenting with different ways to maintain fitness while also incorporating nutrition into a lifestyle I feel is successful. At the end of the day I think some trainers, coaches and these “fad” diets don’t want you to learn about nutrition, so you continue to go to them for help, spending endless money. I work with teaching my clients positive behavior changes so you can continue to make progress even after working together. Personal Training: I work with clients of all experience levels and consider it my mission to provide first-hand knowledge of exercise, form, nutrition, and performance techniques in order to help you achieve a positive change. I only wanted to lose 10 lbs. but found it extremely difficult. I ate healthy enough and did exercise, maybe not as much as I should have, but the weight never came off. That is until I found Impel Nutrition on Facebook. Rachel has helped me lose the 10 lbs and I've never been happier. I was focused on my calorie intake but have since learned about other things to look into, such things as macros, sugars in products, carbs etc. I have a job where I start at 7:30 in the morning so exercising before that is out of the question. After work, I'm always exhausted but because I feel that Rachel has motivated me, I try to walk at least 4 times a week after work. I'd also like to say the recipes she posts have been life saving. I don't have to think about what I'm going to make that's healthy, she does it for you and the meals I end up making are soooooooo good!! It took a couple of months for me to lose the 10 lbs. but I've kept it off and that is everything to me. I would highly recommend Impel Nutrition if you want to lose weight but also if you just want to get on track and start to eat healthier. Celine M.

I started working with Rachel when I got down to the last few pounds to lose, and those seem to be the toughest for me. Rachel wrote a meal plan for me with a variety of choices. Her meals are healthy, tasty and easy to make. Whether you need to lose a few pounds or a lot of weight, Rachel is the one to help you. She educates on nutrition, and fitness and helps you reach your goals, not matter how big or small. I finally hit my goal, and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her help and guidance. The fact that although it was dieting it wasn't bad food that one had to settle for. The food that I ate was actually delicious and had no problem continuously eating these kind of food.

Impel Nutrition is the only program to have ever helped me! I was so unbelievably lost when it came to diets, but thats the thing Impel is not another "fad diet." I was pulled into every direction and nothing ever worked, or I was never motivated to continue for years. What I enjoyed about working with Impel Nutrition is that you don't need feel like your on a diet. Impel nutrition taught me how to eat correctly and still be able to eat foods I love. It kept me motivated and kept the weight off!

I honestly can’t thank her enough! She has changed my outlook on “dieting”. She has given me a meal plan that I love and is also flexible with my lifestyle. The picture on the left attached is right before I started my meal plan with Impel Nutrition, and the one on right is about a month or two ago! Still going strong!
