Called on a Saturday night and Julius came on Sunday to do the work. Communicated multiple times to give an ETA for the work to be done because of traffic delays. Very polite, professional and neat. We thought we need to replace an existing ceiling fan, but Julius diagnosed the issue and corrected the problem. He installed the new fan in another room. Worked out fantastic for us. We will be using him for all of our electrical needs.

My process always starts with a text and a phone call. A meeting with the customer will entail a conversation to set expectations and pricing. Once everything is agreed, my goal is to provide fast and thorough service.
