I recently had a great experience with Cross Island Irrigation when I called them for a water pressure issue at my house—my sprinklers weren’t popping out of the ground properly. Phil came out for a service call and was able to quickly troubleshoot and identify the root cause of the low pressure. He arrived right on time, was very easy to communicate with, and had the issue diagnosed and resolved within 30 minutes. Phil was straightforward, honest, and gave off a genuinely friendly vibe, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend Cross Island Irrigation and look forward to working with Phil again in the future!

The quote was very reasonable, the crew was punctual, knowledgeable, and did their job well. Phil and his crew were very nice! Doing business was easy, and they were agreeable to changes. I was given a thorough understanding of the app from my new wifi timer. Overall it was a very positive experience! I even recommend ed them to a friend.

After gathering 4 estimates, I selected Phil and Cross-Island Irrigation for two simple reasons – 1) They could do it all – Phil was able to install a brand new 9 zone sprinkler system for my property that was underserved with only 6 zones previously. All the other contractors could not install new piping to my front beds without cutting up my driveway but Phil had the magic “bullet” to get new piping there without adding additional costs in the way of driveway repairs. Phil also took care to think about the minor details such as a outside shut off valve in case of flooding due to a broken pipe and drip zones where sprays or mist were inappropriate. Above all, he stands by his work with a 5-year warranty – twice the length of others. 2) Best price – although Phil was able to do it all, he did it at a fair price which included a ez-flo tank, a new 9 zone controller, and quality work. His team worked through some sudden rain that came to get the job done and even stayed afterwards to move a sprinkler head that was not in my ideal location. I’ve taken the time to work with many contractors on this home as I hope to be here for a long time and if your giving as much care to your home as I am, Phil is the type of contractor you want to have to care for your sprinkler system.

Cross Island Irrigation did a great job with my sprinkler system. The lay out works great for full coverage of my lawn. They completed service in just 1 day with only mild disruption to my lawn. I would recommend Phil and his team.

They came and did an honest estimate, did the work when scheduled for the price given. Happy to work with them and also glad they will be helping with annual maintenance for the system!
