- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually give my customers a 10% discount for every referral they can get me. My price can change depending on what the client wants, but I'm always up for help and willing to meet the client in the middle. I ask for a deposit to secure your date and also I charge per project-based
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a meeting and we go over everything with the client after we all come to an agreement we sing a brief contract to close down the date.
