We just moved into a new house that has been left to overgrow (we’re talking years). After much research and multiple estimates, we decided to go with Robert and Tree Fellers. We have zero regrets.
Robert managed our expectations and gave us, without question, the best walkthrough of our property and idea of what to expect with his services. No one else that came by provided such insight and it was truly invaluable — and ultimately what sold us on him.
His quotes were more than a number casually thrown out in conversation. They were itemized (which I personally love) and were the most professional and thorough of anyone. Given the scope of the project — multiple tree removal, brush clearing, and mulching — this was very appreciated. The prices were fair, competitive, and well laid out.
The experience itself was exceptional. He and his talented crew were where he said they would be when he said they would be. He took time to meet with us to review the plan and communicated with us over the course of the project spanning two days. Before he or his crew left following the project, he explained what they did and left the yard in excellent condition.
The job was done to our (admittedly high) expectations and we paid the agreed amount upon completion. We were so happy with his services, we insisted on tipping (which was never suggested to us by the way) and we’re able to add it to the card payment right then and there.
We are happy that we not only got a great result from Robert now, but established a working relationship that can span our time in our home.
Thank you Robert and team for making what was undoubtedly a tough, backbreaking project look so easy.

All I can say is it was a pleasure having Robert come out and trim my trees over the driveway. His wife Laurie reached out almost immediately and kept following up even while I was receiving other quotes. After all the quotes, they were the best priced, and I'm glad I went with them. Robert came out and did the work we spoke about, which came out better than I imagined. Thanks again.
