- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually cancel the service fee whrn i get the job. Also if they need other works done when they hire me I give them sine discount.

I studied at the plumbing school for two years and then worked with my father for many years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working at my fathers plumbing company and I helped him for five years then I did start working as a plumber
