Customers should never hire through thumbtack, they are extremely unprofessional, lack transparency and care more about how to rip people off, rather than the service in which they claim to provide. It’s a shame too, to take a great idea and just butcher it on every level. At least on Facebook you can find professional help, without an unprofessional middleman getting in the way and essentially charging all parties to lower the quality of service. There are so many ways to find help online, without being charged to find help, and have a much better experience.
