Carol is a wise and wonderful woman! My pup and I had our first session with her and look forward to the next and more success. She has instilled confidence in me to train my dog and correct some behaviors I was worried about. She is very down to earth, gives clear and straightforward instructions and it is so easy to learn from her!

My daughter and I were extremely impressed with how the lesson went. This woman knows what she is doing! Carol was great to work with! She was very responsive with my initial reach out and all my follow up questions. She made us feel very comfortable in our first session, and gave us great training tips for both our dogs. We were able to work with both dogs together, and work on specific issues with them individually. We talked about the basics and she shared great stories about her own dogs. I’m excited to see what our next session is, and see how our dogs improve.

We had our initial meeting with Carol on Sunday. She is very easy to talk to and was spot on to the needs of our dog Lyle. Along with being punctual and very responsive to our request for a home visit, Carol’s fees are reasonable for all the knowledge she gives you. We are using the techniques with Lyle and he is responding so well! Can’t wait until her next visit!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is my passion and it shows in my work! We will reach your goals working together. We can work within your budget and on a timeline that suits you. Very competitive and flexible! I love what I do!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every dog is different. If you have a single behavior issue - like Potty Training - one session may be enough to get you solidly headed in the right direction. My average client signs up for 3 one hour sessions. I can also work with you all the way to more advanced goals like AKC Canine Good Citizen, Therapy or Service work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience and participate in continuing education in my field. This old dog learns new tricks everyday!
